Guest Experience Attendant

Overview:

Maple Leaf Marinas (“MLM”) is the largest owner and operator of marinas, marine resorts, and boat dealerships in Canada. MLM’s fast-growing portfolio is comprised of 21 locations throughout the Lake Simcoe, Owen Sound, Georgian Bay and Muskoka Regions.


At Wye Heritage Marine Resort, we believe the little details make the biggest difference. The Guest Experience Attendant plays an essential role in creating a clean, welcoming, and memorable environment for our guests and team. This position helps ensure our resort reflects the pride we take in our waterfront community—where every guest feels comfortable, cared for, and at home.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain exceptional cleanliness of washrooms throughout the day
  • Clean and care for office spaces, staff areas, and common facilities
  • Ensure all guest-facing areas are tidy, stocked, and inviting
  • Monitor supplies and restock as needed
  • Identify and report maintenance or safety concerns promptly
  • Support overall property cleanliness to uphold resort standards 

Guest Experience & Service:

  • Greet guests with a warm, friendly, and helpful attitude  
  • Take pride in creating a positive first impression for all visitors
  • Act as a quiet ambassador of the resort, ensuring every space reflects care and attention
